Little Man Sculpting

I call this "little man" because of the legs look shorter in the human anatomy.
The little man with a height of 3 inches with a head, body, hands are quite proportional, and shorter legs.

Sculpting needs to understand the anatomy of the object that will be created, find some images of the object to be created in order to understand the proportional size between each part of statue.

Big Head, sculpting

Sculpting with imagination can produce unique character.
Character a head with big eyes, pointy ears and two feet like in a cartoon movie. Statue with a character like this is quite easy to make because of a simple form.

Draw a picture or sketch first before making the statue in order to produce the desired character. Disproportionate shape of a statue would be a strong point for views of the statue.

Long Neck, sculpting

Unique animal with a very long neck.
Unique object very interesting to create sculptures, animal with a long neck, 5 inches tall, 3 inches long neck.

Typical shape of certain parts of an animal that is already going to be a very specific identity. statue of an animal with a very long neck would be identified as a form of giraffe though not made in detail or color improper.

Epoxy Clay Sculpting Lizard Reptile

Lizard with a length of 5 inches, with a tail that is not too long.
In general, lizards can be described as a four-legged reptile that has a tail and legs with strong claws.

Working with epoxy clay sometimes needs to be done step by step, create the basic shape of the statue let the epoxy clay becomes hard first (12 hours), after the basic shape becomes hard, the next step to create a layer for a more detailed form.

Coloring Epoxy-Clay Sculpture With Water Base Paint

Epoxy clay sculpture can be painted with water base or solvent base paint. When using water base paint should be washed first with water and soap. Painting can be done with air brush or  painting brush. The first stage is primer paint, primer should have strong adhesion and preferably white color.
After priming the statue can be colored with the top layer paint in accordance with the desired color.

The paint should be used in low viscosity conditions and if necessary diluted so to prevent the brush mark. Painting can be done more than one layer of paint to cover the surface completely.

Small creatures with boots

My sculpting "small creatures with boots". I try to make a friendly character of a small creature from outer space .
Creature with a large head and eyes is 3.5 inches high and made of epoxy clay.

Unlike natural clay epoxy clay is essentially made of epoxy resin, epoxy clay therefore still have a bit of flow. Before working with epoxy clay should be used to do simple little experiment to feel and understand the epoxy clay.

EPOXY CLAY, MIX TWO COMPONENT

Epoxy clay is the material used to make the design of 3D shape such as a statue.
Epoxy clay is two components (components A and B). Both of these separate components that will not be hard even if stored for long periods.
How to use epoxy clay is by mixing the two components (A and B) until completely mixed, when it is mixed, epoxy clay will become hard by itself after 5 to 6 hours.

SCULPTING WITH ARMATURE

In making the sculpture armature is used as a helper forming part sculpture.
Armature is usually made of small wire frame shaped like a sculpture to be created.
In the sculpting process the armature that has been formed will be pasted with clay. Armature very helpful in the process of making sculpture.
